VIBEEIT Terms of Use
These terms describe the rules for accessing VIBEEIT, creating an account, publishing content, connecting with members, creating plans, communicating, and meeting offline.
Before publishing: replace {LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME}, {REGISTERED_ADDRESS}, and {GOVERNING_LAW_AND_COURTS}. Confirm subscriptions, refunds, moderation, dispute handling, and app-store requirements with qualified legal counsel.
1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and {LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME}, the operator of VIBEEIT (“VIBEEIT”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). They apply to the VIBEEIT mobile application, vibeeit.com, and related products and services (the “Services”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any Community Guidelines or feature-specific rules presented to you. Do not use the Services if you do not agree.
2. Eligibility
You may use VIBEEIT only if you:
- are at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into a contract;
- are legally permitted to use the Services in your location;
- have not been prohibited, suspended, or removed from VIBEEIT unless we give written permission to return;
- provide accurate registration information and maintain only the number of accounts permitted by VIBEEIT; and
- use the Services for personal, genuine connection unless a separate business or partner agreement allows another use.
We may request age, phone, photo, identity, or other verification where reasonably necessary for account integrity, safety, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
3. Your account
You are responsible for activity through your account and for keeping devices, credentials, and one-time codes secure. Do not share, sell, transfer, or allow another person to operate your account. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Information you provide must be truthful, current, and your own. Profile photos must accurately represent you. You must not impersonate another person, misrepresent age, use misleading affiliation, or create accounts to evade enforcement.
Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. Use app settings to deactivate or request deletion, and separately manage any recurring subscription through the platform where it was purchased.
4. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct
You agree to treat other people with respect and comply with applicable law. You must not use the Services to:
- harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, exploit, discriminate against, or abuse another person;
- solicit money, commit fraud, promote scams, distribute malware, or collect credentials;
- publish sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, violent threats, hate content, or illegal material;
- send spam, commercial solicitation, recruitment schemes, or repetitive unwanted messages;
- scrape, copy, reverse engineer, automate access, interfere with security, or misuse non-public systems;
- share private information about another person without authorisation;
- use VIBEEIT for trafficking, prostitution, escort services, illegal goods, weapons sales, or other prohibited transactions; or
- encourage another person to violate these Terms.
5. Match Plans, requests, and offline meetings
VIBEEIT may allow you to create or discover plans containing an activity, description, place, time, and availability; send, receive, accept, reject, reschedule, or cancel requests; and communicate with connected members.
A plan is an expression of interest, not a legally binding reservation, guarantee, or obligation to meet. Either person may change their mind. Communicate changes respectfully and do not pressure anyone to meet, move to a private location, consume alcohol, share contact information, or continue an interaction.
You are responsible for evaluating members, venues, activities, transport, costs, and offline circumstances. Unless VIBEEIT explicitly states otherwise, venues and activities are independent third parties, and VIBEEIT does not control their safety, availability, quality, pricing, or conduct.
6. Safety and reporting
Verification, moderation, reporting, blocking, call controls, and safety information are designed to support decisions but cannot guarantee identity, background, intentions, compatibility, or safety. VIBEEIT does not promise to conduct criminal background checks on every member.
Use reasonable caution, meet in public, protect personal and financial information, arrange independent transport, and tell a trusted person about a first meetup. You may block or report behaviour through the app. If immediate danger exists, contact local emergency services rather than waiting for VIBEEIT support.
We may review account, content, message, plan, device, and report information to enforce these Terms and protect the community, subject to the Privacy Policy.
7. Your content and licence to VIBEEIT
“Your Content” includes profile details, photos, prompts, messages, plan descriptions, reports, feedback, and other material you submit. You retain ownership of Your Content.
You grant VIBEEIT a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute Your Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, promote, and provide the Services, subject to privacy settings and applicable law. This licence ends when Your Content is deleted from active systems, except for limited copies required for backups, legal obligations, safety, fraud prevention, or disputes.
You represent that you own or have permission to submit Your Content and that it does not violate law, these Terms, or another person’s privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights. Do not upload another person’s image without permission.
8. Messages, voice, and video
Communication features may become available only after a request is accepted and may include additional consent, approval, permission, or safety controls. Respect a person’s decision not to message, call, share contact details, or continue communicating.
Do not record, screenshot, distribute, or publish private conversations, images, or calls without all permissions required by applicable law. VIBEEIT may process communication metadata and, where clearly disclosed, use automated safety systems to detect abuse or technical issues.
9. Purchases and subscriptions
Some features may require payment. The price, billing period, renewal terms, included features, cancellation method, and refund rules will be shown before purchase. Taxes may apply.
Purchases made through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another platform are also governed by that platform’s terms. Manage or cancel recurring billing through the platform used to subscribe. Deleting a VIBEEIT account does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription.
Except where law or the purchase terms require otherwise, fees already paid may be non-refundable. VIBEEIT may change future prices or features with notice required by applicable law.
10. Third-party services
The Services may link to or integrate maps, venues, app stores, payment providers, communications infrastructure, analytics, verification providers, social networks, or other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. VIBEEIT is not responsible for third-party content, availability, acts, or omissions except to the extent required by law.
11. Moderation, suspension, and termination
We may investigate suspected violations using automated systems, human review, member reports, and information permitted by the Privacy Policy. Depending on severity and context, we may warn, limit features, remove content, require verification, block devices or identifiers, suspend, or terminate an account.
We may preserve and disclose information where reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or enforcement. Where required, we will provide notice or an appeal route. Creating another account to avoid a restriction is prohibited.
You may stop using VIBEEIT at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, dispute provisions, and obligations relating to prior conduct—will continue.
12. VIBEEIT intellectual property
The Services, software, interface, brand, logos, graphics, databases, and content provided by VIBEEIT are owned by or licensed to VIBEEIT and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, sell, rent, modify, distribute, create derivative products from, or exploit VIBEEIT intellectual property without written permission, except where applicable law expressly allows it.
Feedback may be used by VIBEEIT without payment or restriction, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.
13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” VIBEEIT does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free features, accurate member content, compatibility, successful matches, attendance at plans, venue availability, or any particular relationship or outcome.
Members are independent individuals, not employees, agents, or representatives of VIBEEIT. You are responsible for your interactions with members and third parties. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Limitation of liability and indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VIBEEIT and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, opportunities, or relationships arising from the Services or member conduct.
The final published Terms should include a legally reviewed monetary liability cap appropriate to the operating entity and target markets. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or certain personal injuries where applicable.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify VIBEEIT from third-party claims arising from Your Content, unlawful conduct, misuse of the Services, or material breach of these Terms.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by {GOVERNING_LAW_AND_COURTS}, without overriding mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
Before filing a formal claim, you and VIBEEIT agree to try to resolve the dispute by sending a written description to legal@vibeeit.com and allowing a reasonable period for an informal response. Any arbitration, court jurisdiction, class-action waiver, or consumer-dispute language must be added only after legal review for every target country.
16. Changes to the Services or Terms
VIBEEIT may modify features, discontinue parts of the Services, or update these Terms. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Material changes may be communicated in the app, by email, or through another prominent notice. Continuing to use the Services after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms where legally permitted.
