How do I create a VIBEEIT account?

Download the app, complete the registration steps, verify the requested contact method, and build your profile. VIBEEIT is intended only for people who are at least 18 and legally able to use the service.

How do I edit my profile?

Open Profile, choose Edit Profile, update your photos, prompts, interests, and preferences, then save. Some identity fields may be restricted to protect account integrity.

How does live profile verification work?

Follow the on-screen camera instructions and keep your face inside the frame. The verification process compares the submitted live image or signals with your profile for authenticity checks. Verification is a trust signal, not a guarantee of a person’s identity, intentions, or safety.

What is the difference between deactivate and delete?

Deactivation temporarily pauses your discoverability while preserving the account for a possible return. Deletion starts permanent account removal, subject to retention required for safety, fraud prevention, disputes, and applicable law. Uninstalling the app does not delete the account.

How do I create a Match Plan?

Choose the activity or topic, select a preferred place or choose to decide later, add a time slot, and review who can discover the plan. Keep the description clear and avoid including private contact information.

Can I choose the meeting place later?

When the option is available, select “Choose later.” After a connect request is accepted, both people can agree on a suitable public place before meeting.

What do Sent, Received, and Accepted requests mean?

Sent contains requests you initiated. Received contains requests waiting for your decision. Accepted contains connections where both people can continue toward chat, calls, and the meetup plan.

How do I change or cancel a plan?

Open the plan and use the edit, reschedule, or cancel action available for its current status. When another person is involved, communicate changes early and confirm the updated place and time.

When does chat become available?

Chat normally becomes available after a connect request is accepted. Access may also depend on account status, safety restrictions, and the current plan flow.

Why can’t I start a voice or video call?

Check that the connection is accepted, the required call approval is available, and camera or microphone permissions are enabled. Network conditions, account restrictions, or the other member’s privacy controls can also prevent a call.

Why am I not receiving notifications?

Confirm notifications are enabled in both VIBEEIT settings and your phone settings. Disable battery restrictions for the app when appropriate, check your connection, and install the latest available app version.

How do I block or report someone?

Open the person’s profile or conversation, choose Block or Report, select the reason, and add useful context. Reporting sends information for review; blocking removes direct access between accounts where supported.

Who can see my location?

VIBEEIT may use location to show distance, nearby plans, places, and relevant people. The app should display only the level of location detail needed for the feature, not your private home address. Review device and app location permissions at any time.

How are purchases, cancellations, and refunds handled?

Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are generally managed through that store account. Cancelling a subscription and deleting a VIBEEIT account are separate actions. Check the purchase screen and applicable store rules for current billing details.

What should I try when the app is not working?

Update VIBEEIT, restart the app and phone, confirm network access, review permissions, and try again. When contacting support, include the device, operating system, app version, affected screen, and reproducible steps.
