How do I report another member?

Open the member’s profile or conversation, choose the report option, select the closest reason, and include useful context. Use block when you no longer want that member to contact or discover you.

How do I delete or deactivate my account?

Open account settings in the app and choose Deactivate or Delete Account. Deactivation is designed as a temporary pause; deletion starts the account-removal process described in the Privacy Policy.

What should I include in a technical report?

Include your device model, operating-system version, VIBEEIT app version, the screen where the issue occurs, and the steps that reproduce it. Screenshots are useful when they do not expose another person’s private information.
