Our registered address is {{REGISTERED_ADDRESS}}. For privacy questions or requests, contact us at privacy@vibeeit.com.
If a separate privacy notice applies to a specific feature, campaign, event, country, or in-app experience, that specific notice will apply together with this Privacy Policy.

5. Recommendations, automated processing and profiling
VIBEEIT may use rules, algorithms, machine learning, or automated processing to personalize your experience. For example, we may rank profiles, suggest plans, recommend places, detect spam, identify suspicious behaviour, estimate abuse risk, or prioritise safety reviews.
We do not use automated processing to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects without appropriate safeguards where required by law. You may contact us if you want to understand, challenge, or request human review of a decision that significantly affects your account.
- Profile visibility may depend on your settings, filters, location choices, app activity, and safety systems.
- Safety systems may limit, review, or remove content that appears abusive, fake, unlawful, or harmful.
- Recommendations may be less accurate if you provide limited data or disable permissions.
6. How we share data

7. Sensitive data, face data and location
Dating and meetup apps can involve sensitive information.
You choose what to share on VIBEEIT. Some details may be sensitive under privacy laws, including dating preferences, precise location, face data, government ID information, sexual orientation, health information, ethnicity, religion, political views, or private communications.
Face verification and biometric data
If you use selfie verification, Face ID-style login, liveness check, or similar verification features, we may collect a selfie, short video, face geometry, liveness signal, verification result, and related anti-fraud information. We use this to confirm that you are a real person, reduce fake accounts, protect members, and prevent repeated abuse.
Where required by law, we will request your consent before processing face data or biometric identifiers. We aim to delete raw verification media and face templates within 30 days after verification, unless a longer period is required for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or disputes unless a longer period is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
Location data
VIBEEIT may use location to show nearby people, plans, venues, distance, area-based safety features, and relevant offers. You can disable location permissions in your device settings. You may still be able to use certain app features by selecting a city, area, or place manually.
8. Cookies, SDKs and device permissions
Our website may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies. Our mobile app may use software development kits (“SDKs”), device permissions, and mobile identifiers. These technologies help keep the service secure, remember choices, measure performance, debug crashes, send notifications, prevent abuse, and support analytics or advertising.
- Camera and photo permissions: used for profile photos, videos, selfie verification, and media uploads.
- Location permission: used for nearby plans, distance, venue suggestions, and safety features.
- Microphone permission: used for voice notes, voice calls, video calls, or support features if enabled.
- Contacts permission: used only if we offer and you choose features such as invite, block known contacts, or friend suggestions.
- Push notifications: used for matches, requests, messages, safety alerts, account updates, and marketing where permitted.
- Advertising ID: used only as allowed by device settings, platform rules, and applicable law.
You can usually manage permissions through iOS or Android device settings and manage cookies through your browser settings.
9. International data transfers
VIBEEIT may operate globally, and your personal data may be processed in countries other than where you live. These countries may have different data protection laws. When required, we use safeguards such as contractual protections, transfer impact assessments, standard contractual clauses, technical controls, access limitations, encryption, and vendor due diligence.
If you are located in a region that restricts international transfers, we will handle transfers according to applicable legal requirements and available transfer mechanisms.
10. How long we retain data
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

|---|---|
| Active account and profile data | Kept while your account is active and deleted or anonymised after account deletion subject to safety, legal, tax, fraud, and dispute retention needs. |
| Chats and content | Kept while needed to provide chat, support, safety review, member reporting, legal compliance, or account recovery. |
| Safety reports and enforcement records | May be retained longer to investigate abuse, prevent banned users from returning, protect members, and defend claims. |
| Face verification data | Raw media and face templates are intended to be deleted within 30 days after verification, unless a longer period is required for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or disputes, unless law, safety, fraud, or dispute handling requires longer retention. |
| Transaction and tax records | Retained as required by tax, accounting, anti-fraud, refund, and payment laws. |
| Technical logs | Kept for security, debugging, fraud prevention, analytics, and legal compliance, then deleted or anonymised according to our internal retention schedules. |
| Marketing records and consent logs | Kept while you receive marketing and for a reasonable period after opt-out to evidence compliance. |
